Bluetooth pairing not working through app, but Windows DOES recognise the pro controller #399

My pro controller is not recognized through the app when I try to connect it with Bluetooth even while Windows itself recognizes it as "Pro controller" just fine.

USB connection works fine through.

already installed the drivers.

using a laptop with windows 10 with Intel CPU.
