This repository includes the code used to create ocean climate indicators for the waters around Palau. Each indicator has its own Rmarkdown (.Rmd) file which includes the following:
- Information on accessing the data used for the indicator
- Information on any data wrangling done outside the Rmarkdown file
- Code used to wrangle data and calculate indicator properties
- Code used to generate indicator figures
The Rmarkdown files can be rendered to output HTML pages displaying text descriptions, codes, and figures generated as shown in the markdown (.md) files.
