This adds the ability to track the domains of any email addresses associated with work history or teachers so we can perform analytics on it.

This adds a new column to teachers and work history for tracking the
domain of the email address, as this won't be considered PII we'll be
able to send it to analytics.

This updates when the teachers and work history emails are set to also
update the domain field so we can send that to analytics and track the
domains.
This adds a Rake task for backfilling the email domains on teachers and
work history.

This feature was added in DFE-Digital/apply-for-qualified-teacher-status#2101 so we can start to expose these fields in the analytics.
