We want customers to use the new v2 API, so we change the documentation to refer to the new v2 API in the examples, and be up to date with the changes. Note, that it is only changing v1 to v2, but the documentation has also been updated to reflect changes to the functionality of the API, like in
rest-send-multiple-recipients.md.
