Quick release for benchmarking on rpi v2

For OpenHD merging

The FEC bug was fixed, and the readme should contain all important information.
Note that I treat setting k (or -p aka percentage) on the rx as an error. and also note that -p is now percentage instead of radio_port

For OpenHD merging

Added the flush intervall.
Fixed ring buffer to also work with small buffer sizes properly.

For OpenHD merging

hopefully the issues with drone ci are gone now.

Changed std=gnu++17 to std=c++17

Latency I<->0 can be as low as 1ms now.

Tested up to 2 multiplexed stream(s) on my local Ubuntu pc with 2 connected TL-WN722N in monitor mode via Netcat.
Should work out of the box.
