Removed code that was "expired", added comments & changed some variable names for clarity.
used meshgrid, and griddata to create interpolated RAW data for each camera

Moved yCenters definition. Line 37 in vcTableGen is new & adds a (bare) minimum threshold for SNR, prob & contrast. Weighted mean is calculated the same with passing indices.

This version of the Optical Current Meter operates along the length of (all) "vBar" pixel transects, automatically identifies the dominant direction of the current flow, and produces figures for visualization.
