Seems like the PR was stale, i decided to take a stab at updating it.

To run this, you'll need to follow the steps @geoah has written on the README, install minikube and skaffold.
The hot reload is working as well, i have a video grab of it but the file size is too large to upload to github issues.
Feedback is welcome, this is still a very basic POC.
