Update 2.3.3c

This mini-patch mostly focuses on npcs and tenants.

Main:

- increased total amount of tenants to 150 and total amount of npcs to 148;
- added 30 item variations.

Alta:

- added 2 bandade variations;
- added light variations for the official clothing set;
- added light variations for the service clothing set;
- added 8 variations for the researcher clothing set;
- added a great amount of NPCs and tenants, listed in /.meta/wiki/tenants.md;
- updated alta ship palette to match the general alta palette, also updated a couple of ship details.

Translation:

- updated some descriptions in /items/buildscripts/ct_texts.config:lore.tags.

Other:

- minor bug fixes.
