The tests that compile
tket-rsare currently failing in CI with a linking error.This started failing on 13/09/2023, but running the workflow on older revisions also fails.
I couldn't reproduce them locally so I'll just disable them temporarily.
We may want to try some nix-based workflow for this, to ensure upstream updates don't break our builds...
