This document, stored in /static/files/, is proposed as a resource for NGIAB trainings. It is not referenced anywhere else within the site yet, so we would need to share the direct URL with anyone to whom we would like to provide access.
Later, more materials could be built around the document or the material in the document itself could be made into a markdown file to be posted directly on the site.
