Adds time-domain and q-transform based plotting. A few bugs I'm not sure how to overcome yet:
gen_waveform_tdis correct, but when assimilated intogwpy.timeseries.TimeSeriesthe axis doesn't look right (the merger time is not t=0).q_transformspectrogram result could use some tweaking. I suspect mostly just presentation issues, but options are welcome.
