This changes adds the class: isx_prj_handler
The idea is to merge parts of the codes we had to read manually processed files with this pipeline (given an events name) and allow the user to run at least the new quality criteria
The rejections criteria skew and correlation are improved as well
I keep cleaning the main pipeline_functions.py file, moving functions to other files where they could be reused.
