Adds the onnx calibration files for the BDT energy regression and schedules the algorithms for calibrating the clusters in the fccrun steering script
On the longer term we can discuss how to best save the onnx files with some versioning scheme (git-lfs, subversion, or just /eos with some careful documentation to keep track of dates of upload and changes wrt previous version?)
This PR complements and concludes the work in HEP-FCC/k4RecCalorimeter#68
