Troubleshooting

Before submitting an issue, please try these troubleshooting steps. If your issue is not resolved, feel free to submit an issue here.

  1. Check Nest Status
  2. Check common Error Codes Wiki.
  3. Ensure that your device only has 1 IP address (i.e. your Mac is not connected to WIFI and ethernet simultaneously).
  4. If you use homebridge-config-ui-x, remove each camera from accessory cache in "Homebridge Settings".
  5. Delete persist and accessories folders (Note: You may need to delete and re-add homebridge in the Home app)
  6. Remove and reinstall the plugin.
