Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to make this guide!
I've just read through it and noted some points I think could use a bit more attention. I also tried to ask some questions people who follow this guidr might have as well.

Since I created https://map.drehmal.cyou, I wrote down what was needed to be done to make it functional with Cloudflare R2. This could be of potential interest to others, so I cleaned it up & wanted to share it here :)
