Update 4

• Added Toggles for most of Puppeteers Viewercontrol Features by simply selectively ignoring state and job commands

Update 5

• Added a Toggle to remove ANY AND ALL Bot responses from your Twitch chat (Still accepts commands, just won't answer.)
• Made it so that Puppeteer tries to automagically assign Viewers to their TTK assigned Pawns whenever they join through puppeteer through their viewername and a basic check through twitchtoolkit if the pawn is assigned to any viewer at all.

• Made the automatic assignment from Update 5 toggleable
