Update various dependencies in package.json to their latest versions to ensure compatibility, security, and access to new features. This includes updates to both production and development dependencies such as @radix-ui, @semantic-release, @storybook, @opentelemetry, and others. The updates aim to maintain the project's stability and improve performance by leveraging the latest improvements and bug fixes from these libraries. Additionally, update the TypeScript reference link in next-env.d.ts to reflect the latest documentation structure.
