This should close #10 .
It replaces the draggable bike marker with the Mapbox GL one. So instead of custom code that only works with mouse pointers, it works now on iOS, Android, and other mobile devices.
For iOS Safari, and additional tweak was required to prevent the bouncy end-of-scrolling effect which would throw off the marker location calculations in MapBox.
