Kotlin DSL Setup

This dummy project is only for study purposes, implementing:

• Kotlin DSL
• Setting the libraries, versions, basic config and so on from a Object Class from Kotlin.
• Read variables from a external file .properties or from local.properties
• Set manifest placeholders
• Use buildConfigField
• Change the file name when the app is build in release or debug
