How to deploy

1. Go to the Azure Portal.
2. Upload the .zip file to a blob storage container.
3. Create a SAS uri with read access for the uploaded .zip file.
4. Search for "Service catalog managed application definition".
5. Fill in the required information and paste the SAS uri in the package field.
6. Deploy your managed app.
