westus3 is supported as well https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/image-builder-overview#regions I did not see an "australia" location supported but a australiaeast

this adds a couple options to try to help this run faster. It also add a tag to the storage account to connect it back to the image builder.
