CUP Changes Reindexing - No recategorization

CUP improved something to do with the grid, unfortunately it broke all CUP indexes. This is a test of re-indexing without recategorization. If objects have changed, removed or been added (as opposed to just moved coordinates) this will be an incomplete index and we will need to do a full reindex, with categorization.

Even if we do need to go ahead with redoing them, we could release these so people's missions are playable in the meantime, if not perfect.
