Athenz 1.7.20 release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.7.20 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#164 quota support for domain objects
#168 zts client prefetcher task closes the client instance
#172 support for fields specified during api call when applying templates
#173 update docker run command to specify exposed port numbers and hostname
#175 ZMS should not return Access-Control-Allow-Origin with * as fall through
#179 Use slave mysql servers for some of the read operations
