This batch file will set back the default value for .exe file in Windows PE environment.

1. Prepare a Windows PE boot USB. i.e.:WIndows 11 Setup USB.
2. Copy the .bat file to your USB.
3. Boot PC by Windows PE or some Windows environment you can run the .bat file. i.e.: Windows 11 Setup USB
4. press Shift+F10 while booted into Windows PE.
5. run the .bat file. It will set the default registry value for .exe file.
