under the folder debian is the plastic.deb aka the package and the build files if one wants to make their own. I will also make a PR if this gets Merged that adds the Debian/Ubuntu Install Instructions. (If however my package gets a Debian Sponsor/Mentor and gets moved into the official repos we can revert this PR and change the Readme again.
