Updated All the Mods and added allure, potion for bees, smooth scrolling everywhere and vanilla parts.

Updated a couple mods and removed a few to get the pack a little more stable and focused. A couple will make it back and I will be looking to add new content next update.

Adorn was having issues on login and removing datapacks for now.

Removed requested mods and changed it up a bit. This world will need a reset but going forward we should be good.
