Ref: OPSEXP-2298

Refactor needed to fix:

  • multiple deployment targeting all liveindex pods (so pods overlapped)
  • mediation needs to be a singleton so a replicaset is better suited
  • repo url was computed using a n old and broken template (now can use existingConfigMap)
  • broker url was not right when activemq chart had a nameOverride and the URL was carried by a secret instead of a configmap
