• Add Client-ID header to all requests to https://api.twitch.tv/api/ - fixes unauthenticated users being unable to watch streams and videos
• Change loading indicator behavior on stream page - now it displays in following cases:
  • There's no source (e.g. urls are not yet fetched)
  • Content is loading
  • Playback got stuck (e.g. on slow connection)
