This aims to fix all current issues with tests on py3.8/3.9.

  • Re-enable CRF optional dependency
  • Fix default mutables in config
  • Fixes error from layer transparency in crop widget test
  • Add slightly better credits for example data

Note : briefly tested on the latest napari version as of writing (0.5.4), seems functional there.
