@mgrover1 Ill dig into this more monday, The strings in the mdv reader changed which is causing issues. |

@mgrover1 I believe this should be good now, the struct code I had to make sure if int were being used and not float for fmt for struct. |

Removed glpk version check as well as it wasn't doing anything, can be replaced by pyglpk once there is a working version.
