 If you delete an object and then upload a new version, Registry will mark the deleted object as active again and will create a new ingest event. The new object will include all of the files in the newly uploaded bag. If any of the newly uploaded files have the same identifier as a deleted file, Registry will mark the previously deleted file as active again, and will record the new version's checksums along with a new ingest event.
