Minutes 18 April 2011.
Present: Ted, Ole
- Priorities:
-
- Querying of data aka Feature Selection (Ted is working with OpenGeo to find out how to do this).
- Adding more use cases with different spatial references. This requires resolution of issue:40 - https://github.com/AIFDR/riab/issues/40. Without this we can't really add flood and tephra use cases which are both projected.
- Find and fix the geonetwork bug we see in the Risiko demo. It tends to manifest every time we show the demo to people of importance.
- Internationalisation. We have decided to simply write the Javascript using the Indonesian terms until the more general technique is in place.
- Investigate using the Pager code as a first step to implementing population impact at BNPB.
- Resolve the issue where raster layers come without preceding workspaces from GeoServer (issue:39)
- The other priorities raised before (see below) are still there but not as urgent.
Minutes 29 March 2011.
Present: Ariel, Ted, Ole Decisions:
- Need to remove hard coded layers and replace with dynamic selection based on layer metadata. Ted has made a start and the next step is to set up an endpoint and add some tests.
- Ted and Ariel to discuss Ted's Plugin Selection algorithm.
- Refactor Plugins to work directly with layer objects (Ole to make a start)
- Autostyling is of importance. Work to specify which attribute should be used - probably specified in plugins.
- Querying of data also important but can wait till next weekk
- Ole and Abi to work on larger earthquake use case.
Minutes 24 March 2011.
Present: Ariel, Ted, Ole, Trevor Decisions:
- No need to support client upload of plugins at this stage. Will assume plugin writer has development access to the software.
- Create system to trace quality of hazard level, exposure data and impact function plugin and assign quality of impact map. Four stars will be used with *(1) being the poorest and ****(4) the best. The resulting quality will be the minimum of the qualities assigned to all 3 inputs.
- Revert to single names for hazard and exposure levels as we can't see immediate use cases for multiple layers.
- Implement simple system to register calculations and store metadata + stack trace.
- Workflow: Pick area, pick hazard then pick exposure with a default for all admissible exposure sets.
