v0.3 - Switch to nightly

Simplified version that downloads the existing executables from decky loaders nightly repo.
This programs primary focus is now to simply automate the entire process and installation.
We now download the executables from the nightly repo, set up the directory /homebrew/ and subfolders, place the files in the directory for you, creates the .cef file needed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\ and creates your -dev shortcut to launch steam with on the desktop.

v0.2.2 - Bug stomping & v3.1.2-pre1 fix

Recommended version: v3.1.2-pre1

I recommend v3.1.2-pre1 of decky as i've noticed at least 1 plugin (audio loader) no longer works on v3.0.5 (Stable)

Changelog:
Fixed an issue when downloading v3.1.2-pre1.
Fixed an issue where the installer would hang when attempting to cleanup _MEI directory during build.

Known Issues:

Issue: Application will likely error on first decky loader installation attempt.
Solution: Run the executable again. This shouldn't happen a second time as all dependencies will now be installed. Will fix soon.
Issue: Windows won't shutdown.
Solution: Shutdown from 'Steam Big Picture Mode' in order for Decky Loader to properly receive the signal to close itself and cleanup. I think this may be an issue with Decky Loader on windows as the repo seems to watch for linux specific shutdown commands? On the to-do list.

v0.21 - Hotfix

Originally intended to be the 0.2 release.

Known Issues:

Changed from .bat to executable for installing dependencies prior to building decky loader.
Added GUI.
Fix for "PyInstaller OneFile Hidden Window needs to remove temp files" which was preventing windows shutdown.
