Who is the audience?

Anyone using the GitHub flow -- a simple, popular way to work in teams with Git and GitHub.

Why is this important?

Most teams working with Git and GitHub follow the GitHub workflow. Understanding the GitHub flow is therefore a skill that will help you not only at 2DII but anywhere.

As a side effect, this meetup will also teach you two things:

  1. How to submit a new post to Data Science at 2DII.
  2. How to submit challenges during the tidyverse workshop on August 26-27.

What should be covered?

  • Practice the GitHub flow by submiting a draft of a blog post to Data Science at 2DII.
  • Discuss in terms of the article "Understanding the GitHub flow" and in terms of the video "What is GitHub".
