This PR mainly adds voiced opening monologue from the Switch version of the game, as discussed in #196 . To make the voices work correctly some minor changes were made to the translation and formatting of lines (eg merging two liens into one line).
Also, in the Switch game, the 07th logo and title screen are read out loud "seventh expansion" and "higurashi no naku koro ni". This is also added in this PR
