What does the red exclamation mark on node #16 mean?!

The icon is for Rebuild routes status.

• Green double check: Rebuild routes done (success, or never performed)
• Red alert circle: Rebuild routes failed (failure)
• Blue skip icon: Rebuild routes skipped (this node skipped)
• Grey no icon (?): Rebuilt routes pending (this node waiting to rebuild)

On a desktop browser hovering over the icon gives a tooltip with the text status (control panel in Compact mode).
