What did you expect to happen instead?

Z-Wave JS UI: 9.26.9 or later

Stuff about bootloader shows up in the new log:

Maybe a regression due to #7327 ?
This is also the only change mentioned in the release notes for Release v13.10.2

Yeah this is effectively a regression, but "ignoring" the banner message from ser2net and similar was never supposed to work.

#7398 (comment) is the same issue, but for ser2sock.

You'll have to disable the banner: ... part in the ser2net config: https://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/jammy/man5/ser2net.yaml.5.html#connection%20specification
