Old Yale YRL210 pre-azure ZWave Door Lock

Description

I can't get this device to be recognized because the productId is not in the zWave database. Therefore its missing many of the key features including live event notificaitons.

Do you have a solution in mind?

Yes, I have a PR to add this to the DB, how do I get this into the next build? #7455

Describe alternatives you've considered

Also, an alternative is for me to add it myself, but I don't know how to update the database on my local instance, even temporarily to test this out.
