Invalid values from Aeotec M7 Multisensor post upgrade

Describe the issue

With following versions under HAOS, using Z-wave JS UI Integration:

I see following errors from driver for data from Aeotec M7 Multisensor:

The values for temperature shows as negative under Z-Wave devices (for all of 4 of M7 I have).
Problem was not seen with Z-Wave-JS UI version v3.8.6, it manifested after upgrade of Z-Wave-JS UI integration to 3.9.0.
