Describe the issue

During the interview of the Springs Window Fashions BRZ1 for the Central Scene CC the version reported is 0, so ZWave JS considers that this CC is NOT supported.

What is the best way to fix such a problem? a compat flag that forces ZWave JS to consider this CC valid?
