Why are my nodes showing dead all of a sudden?

I'm using the SiLabs 700 USB stick. For a while now, my Z-Wave network has been running well. I have not had any issues with dead devices.

For Halloween, I added 5 Inovelli Z-Wave LED Bulbs to outside carriage light fixtures. This did expand the outer perimeter of my Z-Wave mesh a bit, although I'm not sure if my issue is related to range or not.

After adding these, I get dead devices daily in ZWaveJSUI in Home Assistant. I am constantly having to manually "Ping" each device to get it to come back to life. Usually they die when I'm using them, such as bulk toggling about 8 z-wave devices in total that make up all of my outside lights (switches, bulbs, etc).

Attached lots from a recent "Heal Network" attempt. Node 034 is one of my Inovelli bulbs. It is showing up dead a lot. But others have too. I lack the expertise to make any sense of the logs, even though I've tried.

Can anyone help me diagnose the problem?
