POPE 700168 and CommandClass 48

Is there a way to add the CommandClass 48 to the existing one for https://devices.zwave-js.io/?jumpTo=0x0154:0x0004:0x0011:1.2 POPE700168 ?

The Pope 700168 is reporting rain after a delay of 1024s but it is possible to have an earlier repporting info by using the CommandClass 48. But I don't know and didn't find how to add such a commandclass to zwavejs2mqtt.
