Health check min power level definition

From the Wiki: "minPowerlevel | The minimum powerlevel where all pings from the node were ACKed by the controller. Higher = better, ideally -6dBm or more"

I think that lower would be better for a minimum power level, not higher.

The table below indicates that you need to be <= -6dB to get the highest rating.
