Allow to define up to 100 thrusted users

Each user should have the possibility to define up to 100 "trusted users". Why 100 and not more? because all social animals cannot build groups fare above 100 individuals. Humans need myth to form bigger groups, but zukunft.com should not be based on myth. It should be based on known facts.
For the calculation the user should be able to define, if he wants to have his values calculated only on number from the trusted users or a mixture of trusted users, FOAF and all others users. The details of the usage are described in issue ???.

Check if this could be made compatible with Solid. And if an API of trustos.org can be used.
