Limit displaying of Chuck Norris based on user roles/permissions #6

I'd like to be able to set it so his Chuckness only appears to say Developer and Manager roles, but not to outsiders like Clients or Salespeople who may not be close followers to him.

I know this plugin isn't getting any updates, but its nice to dream.
