Encountered a type error slice indices must be integers

\lib\site-packages\neurolab\net.py", line 179
TypeError: slice indices must be integers or None or have an index method

Contacted Evgeny Zuev via gmail who suggested to pull request.

But the create pull request button is gray out and could not be selected.
