It seems like every time Zowe 2.0 is started, it goes through the zwe-internal-start-prepare. Is this normal even if the prepare was already ran?
Also, it seems like Zowe takes a while to go through the startup process and causes huge CPU spikes. Is this normal?
I appreciate any input.
