Needs investigation - seems like we never call registerBundledPlugins. It should get called from initInstance.js
This function is responsible for creating _defaultTN3270.json file in ZLUX/pluginStorage directory using values
ZOWE_ZLUX_SECURITY_TYPE
ZOWE_ZLUX_TELNET_PORT
