Add the DELETE option to --scl-action in the zowe endevor list elements command

This is a limitation

I would like to add the DELETE action to --scl-action in the zowe endevor list elements command

DELETE to be added to the options GENERATE and MOVE

Alternative solution - Write the list of elements to a file and build the delete commands programmatically
