When issuing a zowe zos-files copy data-set-cross-lpar against a source dataset or dataset member, the command might fail with no error message or errors in the log. There is no indication of a failure other than the target dataset not being copied or created. There is no work around for the problem at this time and the source of the problem is under investigation.

This issue is corrected with version 7.18.9.
